i know this collection has made its rounds on blogs over the past few months, but it's too good to not acknowledge once more. i absolutely love the floor-length hooded sweatshirts, and my search for a cheaper version has begun. it looks great with everything - shorts, skirts, dresses, pants.

surprisingly, salvatore ferragamo was one of my favorites from sunday's milan lineup. my first instinct was to quickly say "ugh, brown" and click out of it right away. however, something inside my head told me to click a few more times and i realized that, sometimes, it's ok to stray from black. i kinda did the same thing with cavalli prints and that bright red color. dolce and gabbana was great as usual, especially the flower print gray coat. i'm not sure about the wearability of those one-piece bathing suit type things though. and i definitely need one of those marco de vincenzo long business coats. to sum it up, i was pretty disappointed in versus... minus the one look i posted, which is great.

just cavalli

milan never disappoints. prada, however, does. looking through the show, i couldn't find one look i liked. it was very grandma-like and ill fitting. love love loved the fur shorts and boots at d&g though.no.21 took the cake for me though. very simple, and very my style. blugirl took the number three spot (very closely following d&g)... mainly because of the cool shaggy yarn-like texture used throughout. it stood out from the rest of the fur-clad collections.
